Please contact your card issuer if you received less cash than you requested from the ATM. You'll find their phone number on the back of your card.
Your card issuer (bank) will be able to investigate why this happened. To do this, they may ask for:
- the transaction date and time
- the location of the ATM
- the amount you tried to withdraw
Why do I need to contact my bank if I was using a Euronet ATM machine?
In line with the processes that banks and card companies must follow, the claim processes should be initiated by the card provider as they are the 'owner' of the card. You card issuer will then raise a claim with Euronet. We will work with your card issuer to investigate what happened.
You normally have up to 120 days from the date of the transaction to raise the claim with your card issuer.
