We are sorry for the inconvenience that this causes you.
We recommend that you first check your bank balance to see if the money was debited from your account. If the money you tried to withdraw wasn't debited, please try to withdraw cash one more time.
When to contact your card issuer
You should contact your card issuer if:
- You can't check your bank account balance
- Your account was debited for the withdrawal, but you didn't receive any cash
- You have tried to withdraw cash from the ATM twice but haven't received anything
You'll find your card issuer's contact number on the back of your card.
Why do I need to contact my bank if I was using a Euronet ATM machine?
In line with the processes that banks and card companies must follow, the claim processes should be initiated by the card provider as they are the 'owner' of the card.
You card issuer will then raise a claim with Euronet, and we'll work with them to investigate what happened.
You normally have up to 120 days from the date of the transaction to raise the claim with your card issuer.
