Withdrawals in other countries:
Please contact your bank or card issuer if you received a torn banknote from a Euronet ATM. You'll find their phone number on the back of your card.
Why do I need to contact my card issuer?
Different countries have different ways of reimbursing you for a torn note. Your bank or card issuer will be able to give you the correct advice depending on the regulations in the country where your card is registered.
