• the ATM ID number
• the date and time you tried to withdraw the money
• the amount of cash you tried to withdraw
• the amount you actually received
• the number of banknotes you received
• the name of your card issuer (bank)

With this information, our team will be able to explain why this happened and what you should do next. 

Where can I find the ATM ID number?

You can see the ATM ID number:

• on the receipt
• in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
• by pressing enter and 5 on the ATM keyboard
• on a sticker on the ATM
